Cut Sheets (2-sided documents)

I picked up the term "Cut Sheet" a long time ago in one of my earlier jobs as I started my career. I've also heard them called "Sales Slicks."  You might have your own term for it, but to me, it basically means a 2-page informational handout (i.e. the front and back of one sheet of paper or cardstock) that highlights main points of interest about a product or service. Contrary to advertisements, flyers/handouts or posters, they are usually less about marketing/persuasion, and more focused on conveying lots of information (hence the need for 2 pages). But, they CAN provide the opportunity to re-enforce a company's branding strategies in the process. I have designed many, many of these over the years, but below are some of my favorites.
