Around 2014 it became apparent that more and more people were visiting websites on their phones or tablets instead of the traditional way, on computer monitors. The screen sizes varied and were generally smaller. Thus, I became aware that I needed to find a solution for building more mobile-friendly layouts. I explored many options, but found that wix.com was the easiest, yet most robust site builder that helped designers build sites that were easier to develop accompanying mobile versions. In fact, this whole website was built using Wix. Below are just a handful of examples of websites I have built using this platform.
