ARMOUR CERAMIC SIDING (ACS) was formulated to meet the requirements of industrial uses requiring a tough surface, and providing flexibility against the stresses of contraction and expansion. Unlike all other reflective coatings on the market which offer only a single reflective ceramic to provide heat reflection, ACS is designed with 4 separate ceramics - 2 are reflective, one acts as a dead air space between the surface of the coating and the surface to which it is applied. The 4th ceramic blocks 99.5% of infrared rays; this allows ACS to be an actual insulation coating, not just a reflective coating. ARMACS’s unique combination of high-performance aliphatic urethanes, elastromeric acrylics, standard acrylics and resin additives are from a water-borne formula. BENEFITS:

reduce room temperature by 6 degrees, you will create a 39% savings
in energy costs. ACS has been laboratory tested and has proven to reduce room temperatures up to 7 degrees.
R-19 equivalent rating- equal to 6 to 8 inches of fiberglass.
Class “A” fire rating- in the case of fire, ALS will help to prevent the spread of, and not contribute to burning.
USDA approved- for use in and around food preparation areas.

“toxic off- gassing”.

ARMOUR RUST & ROT STOP

ACS was originally designed for metal surfaces, and demonstrates excellent adhesion to wood, concrete, fiberglass and many other substrates. It is also designed to encapsulate lead, asbestos, toxic paints, tightly bonded and rusted surfaces. As a one- part polyurethane coating, it combines with atmospheric moisture to cure.

BENEFITS:

Tensile strength of 6,780 psi (pounds per square inch)- allowing for
wood walls, window sills and trim in various stages of rot/decay to be salvaged and strengthened, avoiding expensive replacement costs.
Waterproofing- AR&RS’s is absorbed deeply into wood and gives it
not only tensile strength but waterproofs wood as well.
UV stable- passed 2000 hour salt spray/ UV weathering test.
Minimum preparation- can be applied directly to wood or rust.
Protective coating- provides superior adhesion, flexibility, abrasion
and impact resistance over wood, metal and concrete.
Superior penetration ability- V-Tech Laboratories tested and
documented that AR&RS can penetrate and encapsulate 1 8 layers
of cured lead-based paint, and still have the ability to attach to the original substrate.
Resistant to chemical solvents and acid splash- can be submerged
in 100% nitric acid without any effects.

ARMOUR ENAMO GRIP

Super tough two component self leveling polyurethane enamel that
can be tinted to any color to achieve high gloss results.
Provides outstanding resistance to water, humidity stains, chemicals, solvents, and is tremendously resistant to scuffs, impacts and marks.
Use Armour Enamo Grip for any architectural situation.
Use as a top coat with Armour Rust Grip to provide any desired color finish coat and help protect substrates from rust for a minimum of 10 years.
Can be applied to any substrate that is clean and dry.
Excellent for use on decking and railings. Prime with Armour Rust &
Rot Stop and then apply Armour Enamo Grip.
Eliminates the high expense of graffiti removal. Armour Enamo Grip
is applied in clear high gloss over painted surfaces to provide graffiti protection. Graffiti can be removed using a graffiti remover without
harm to the coating surface. After removal, the surface appears new
and fresh without shadows or residues. No more repainting! The
surface must be coated with the clear Armour Enamo Grip first before graffiti is applied.
Currently being used to protect trains, buses and trams in Rome ,
Italy for ease of graffiti removal without sandblasting and repainting - saving the city thousands of dollars annually.
